We install torch-down (modified bitumen), heat-welded TPO/PVC single-ply, and EPDM rubber membranes. We shape the drainage so water actually leaves the roof, and we flash every penetration and wall transition right. These systems survive standing water and our heavy winter rain.

Low-slope roofs punish sloppy seams in our wet winters. We weld and detail them to shed water, not trap it.
